Krisi Gilray Promoted to Vice President – Compliance
One Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Krisi Gilray to Vice President, Compliance. In this role, Krisi will be the bank’s Compliance Officer and leader of the department.

Krisi began her career with Intercity State Bank in 1996. During her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication, steadily expanded her skills, and advanced into positions of greater responsibility. Through her various roles, Krisi has developed a comprehensive understanding of banking operations and a strong commitment to professional growth.

Krisi demonstrates consistent diligence in maintaining current knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices. She actively participates in educational programs through the Wisconsin Bankers Association and other professional organizations to stay current. Her ability to quickly adapt to new information and her deep technical knowledge of regulatory compliance make her an invaluable resource to the bank and our clients.
