*Introductory Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) range from 4.25% to 8.75% and are fixed for the first 12 months. The lowest introductory rate assumes a credit score of 740 or greater and a Combined Loan-to-Value (CLTV) ratio of 80% or less. Rates are based on credit score and CLTV and may vary. After the 12-month introductory period, the APR becomes variable and may change monthly based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus an applicable margin. Variable APRs will not exceed 18.00% APR and will not be less than 4.00% APR. Promotion available for applications received between October 5, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Available only on new HELOCs; existing One Community Bank HELOCs, refinances, modifications, and line increases are not eligible.
