One Community Bank is excited to announce Parker Kruckenberg’s promotion to the role of Commercial Banking Officer.

“Parker has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a dedication to building lasting relationships, and a passion for serving our communities,” said Tom Long, SVP – Commercial Banking Manager. “His growth within the commercial banking team has been impressive, and we’re excited to see him continue making an impact in this new role.”

After graduating from college, Parker was drawn to organizations that emphasized both professional development and community involvement. He found both at One Community Bank. Since joining the commercial banking department, Parker has taken on increasing responsibility, starting with managing appraisal orders. That role provided foundational knowledge and early exposure to the commercial lending process, and helped him build connections across departments and develop a deeper understanding of client needs.

“I’m truly honored to have been promoted to Commercial Banking Officer, and I’m excited about the opportunity to strengthen my connections within our local communities,” said Parker. “As I step into this new role, I look forward to working closely with local businesses and members to understand their unique needs and contribute to their growth and success.”

Parker actively contributes to the community, serving on the board of the Shillelagh Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting health and emergency services in the Stoughton community. He also regularly participates in local Chamber of Commerce events and plans to expand his community involvement in the areas One Community Bank serves.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s golfing, working out, or simply enjoying time in nature.
