Lydia Phelps Promoted to Senior AVP – Commercial Credit Analyst
One Community Bank is excited to announce the promotion of Lydia Phelps to Senior AVP – Commercial Credit Analyst.

In her new role as Senior AVP – Commercial Credit Analyst, Lydia evaluates the credit profiles of businesses and individuals while also providing support and guidance to the commercial credit team. Her attention to detail, curiosity, and critical thinking skills have contributed to her success in assessing and mitigating risk at OCB.

Lydia has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry, beginning her career as a teller before transitioning into commercial banking. She joined OCB five years ago as a Credit Analyst, where she developed a robust understanding of the industry and gained valuable experience in commercial banking.
Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time outdoors, as well as reading and knitting.
