One Community Bank Welcomes Paul Brooks as AVP – Mortgage Loan Officer
One Community Bank is excited to welcome Paul Brooks as AVP – Mortgage Loan Officer. He will be serving clients in the Oregon, Waunakee, and Middleton communities.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and mortgage lending industry. After working in various roles across the United States, he returned to Wisconsin, where he began his career in banking. He has spent the past 15 years in the Madison area, developing his expertise and a strong commitment to client education. Paul is especially passionate about guiding clients through each step of the mortgage process to ensure they feel confident and informed.
He was drawn to OCB by its strong community focus and reputation for a positive workplace culture. “I was working at a much larger bank and kept hearing great things about OCB,” shared Paul. “The culture here is very different from a big bank. It’s rewarding to be part of an organization that plays such an integral role in its communities. I’m very excited to be here!”
Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling and boating with his wife and two stepchildren. He also spends his time on DIY home improvement projects, training his dog, and attending sporting events in WI. A native to Green Bay, Paul is a big Packers fan!
