Nona Havey Promoted to VP – Area Banking Manager
One Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Nona Havey to the role of VP – Area Banking Manager.
“Nona’s leadership and a commitment to exceptional client service align perfectly with this role,” said Jonathan Schalow, SVP Client Experience. “Her dedication to our mission will help elevate the experience for clients and colleagues alike.”
In her new role, Nona will oversee OCB’s Middleton, Stoughton, Waunakee, and Oregon locations. She will be working closely with Bank Managers to build strong teams, deepen relationships, and deliver excellence across all interactions.
“Being able to support such talented teams while helping our bank locations succeed is the most rewarding part of my job,” said Nona. “Watching my peers grow in their careers and working together to provide excellent experiences brings me great joy.”
Nona began career with One Community Bank in 2010 as a part-time Teller. Throughout the years, she has grown through several roles, including Teller Supervisor, Assistant Bank Manager, Bank Manager, and more. Each of these positions has helped shape her leadership style while providing valuable experience in operations, team development, and client service.
Nona is actively involved in her community, participating with McFarland’s Chamber of Commerce. She is on the Winter Wonderland Committee, the Fall Festival Committee, and a member of the Lionesses.
Outside of work, Nona enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. She especially cherishes her role as a grandmother to her granddaughter and is excited to have two more grandchildren on the way.
