Rich Walker Joins One Community Bank Advisory Board
One Community Bank is proud to welcome Rich Walker to the One Community Bank Advisory Board. Rich currently serves as the Chief Human Resources & Business Services Officer of Research Products Corporation.

In addition to his new role with the One Community Bank Advisory Board, Rich currently serves on the board of the Fall River Group in Fall River, WI. He brings a wealth of leadership experience, having held Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President roles at Oregon Tool in Portland, Oregon, and Fiskars Brands in Madison, WI. Rich is deeply passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and supporting businesses through transformative growth.
“I am excited to join OCB’s Advisory Board and contribute to an organization that continues to grow with purpose. I look forward to supporting OCB efforts to innovate while staying true to what makes the bank special,” Jessica said.

A longtime resident of Dane County, Rich and his family enjoy Wisconsin’s four seasons, especially the area’s lakes, parks, and outdoor recreation activities. His children are actively engaged in the local creative arts through music, art and theater. They often attend performances at the Overture Center and participate in seasonal productions at the Stoughton Center for the Arts.
Rich’s addition to the One Community Bank Advisory Board further strengthens OCB’s commitment to its mission of serving clients, supporting colleagues, and investing in the community.
