One Community Bank Welcomes Jami Noyes as Chief Risk Officer

One Community Bank is excited to welcome Jami Noyes as Chief Risk Officer. In this role, he will collaborate with all areas of the bank to help guide the risks that take place in banking. Jami will also be a member of OCB’s senior leadership team.

“The vast experience that Jami brings to One Community Bank is crucial as we continue to grow” said Jeff Versluys, EVP & Chief Strategy Officer. “It was important to us to find someone who knows the ins and outs of risk management, and Jami absolutely brings that to the table.”

With more than 27 years of banking experience, Jami has had the opportunity to be involved with almost every department of the bank. Starting his banking career as a teller, he has worked through many various departments. In the last fifteen years, Jami’s roles have focused on managing compliance, financial crimes, and security for the bank. “These risk-based roles helped develop my understanding of the risks that take place in the banking world,” said Jami.

“I am excited to lead OCB’s risk strategy. We will aim to keep both our clients and the bank safe by ensuring we manage risks as OCB continues to grow and evolve,” Jami shared.

Outside of work, Jami enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, watching NFL and NBA games, and spending time outside, especially when the weather is warm.
