One Community Bank Welcomes Andy Dennis as AVP – Mortgage Loan Officer
One Community Bank is excited to welcome Andy Dennis as AVP – Mortgage Loan Officer. He will be serving clients in the Sun Prairie, Waunakee, and Cottage Grove communities.
“We’re excited to have Andy join the OCB team,” said Brian O’Handley, SVP – Head of Mortgage and Consumer Lending. “His extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, commitment to building strong client relationships, and passion for helping people achieve homeownership make him a great fit for our team and the communities we serve.”
Andy brings 26 years of experience in the consumer credit market, having served in a variety of roles throughout his career. He is passionate about guiding clients through their financial journey, educating them on their options, helping them define their goals, and recommending the best solutions to meet their needs. After spending the past year in mortgage servicing, Andy felt the pull to return to his true passion: working directly with clients and their mortgage needs.
“I am excited to be a part of the OCB team helping advocate for our clients’ homeownership goals,” said Andy. “My aim is to simplify the complexities of the mortgage process, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the best interests of my clients are always a priority.”
Andy has been actively involved in the Sun Prairie community through a variety of initiatives. His involvement includes work with the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce and the Homebuyers RoundTable. He has also supported financial education initiatives within the Sun Prairie Area School District, Madison College, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his new role, he looks forward to re-engaging with the community at events across Dane County.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, attending his son’s football and basketball games, and traveling to vintage car shows.
