One Community Bank Announces Wendy Jirsa as AVP – Bank Manager of McFarland Location
One Community Bank is excited to announce Wendy Jirsa is joining the McFarland location as the AVP Bank Manager. In this new role, Wendy will be supporting the OCB-McFarland retail team’s growth and development.
“By not only focusing on the career aspirations of her team, but on their personal goals as well, Wendy has created a welcoming environment where team members are able to learn and grow,” said Shelley Edgington, SVP – Retail Banking. “She is a great leader, and this new role should fit all of her strengths very well.”
A few of the most rewarding aspects of Wendy’s experience in her roles throughout OCB have revolved around the teams that she has gotten to be a part of and the focus on local communities for each OCB location. “I enjoy working for a company that puts so much emphasis on the value of being involved in your local community,” said Wendy.
With over twenty years of banking experience, Wendy is looking forward to supporting the OCB – McFarland team in her new role. Previously, she was the AVP – Bank Manager at OCB’s Cottage Grove location.
“Working with the retail team to help support their individual goals is so fulfilling,” said Wendy. “I am very excited to have the opportunity to support the wonderful colleagues in our McFarland office. I am looking forward to the continued growth of the retail team and helping to provide the best client experience to all that enter the McFarland office.”
Wendy is involved in the Verona Chamber of Commerce, previously serving as the president. She has been an active member on the board for the last five years.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and getting to watch her children play their favorite sports.
