One Community Bank is thrilled to welcome Robyn Ropson as VP – Area Banking Manager.
“We’re excited to have Robyn join OCB,” said Shelley Edgington, SVP – Retail Banking. “Her strong financial and leadership background will make her an invaluable asset to the management team.”
Robyn brings 20 years of banking experience to her role. She has served in a variety of leadership positions in banks, credit unions, and insurance companies. At OCB, she will be leading and supporting multiple bank location teams, including McFarland, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove and Adams. Robyn will help them deliver exceptional service, strengthen operations, and continue building strong relationships within their communities.
“I’m truly excited to join OCB and contribute to the strong culture and community focus the bank is known for.” Robyn said. “I’m passionate about leadership, service, and helping teams deliver experiences that make a difference for both clients and colleagues.”
Robyn’s long-standing community involvement mirrors OCB’s commitment to investing in the communities we serve. “I have been involved with community organizations throughout my career, including financial literacy initiatives, school partnerships, and local events,” Robyn shared. She has previously served as President of the Financial Education Center of Dane County and as a repeat volunteer for Junior Achievement. As she settles into her new role, Robyn is looking forward to becoming more involved with the chambers and organizations connected to the communities OCB serves.
