Jason Thysse joins One Community Bank Advisory Board

One Community Bank is proud to welcome Jason Thysse to the One Community Bank Advisory Board. Jason is President and CEO of Thysse, a commercial printing and brand experience company based out of Oregon, WI.

“We are thrilled to have Jason joining us. His connection to community and his drive to create strong partnerships with others makes him a great fit for this group,” said Jim Walker, Advisory Board Independent Chair.

Jason is the third-generation President and CEO of Thysse, as it was founded by his grandfather, John Thysse, in 1941. Jason joined the family business in September 1994 as employee number four, learning the industry from the ground up alongside his father. He purchased the company in 2009, when it had seven employees, and has since led its growth from a local community printer into a full brand experience partner serving clients across Wisconsin and nationally. Today, Thysse operates from a purpose-built 95,000 square foot facility in Oregon, Wisconsin, employs more than 100 people, and serves clients ranging from local Wisconsin businesses to national brands. Jason is passionate about carrying forward the legacy his grandfather started while building a business that will continue serving its colleagues, clients, and community for generations to come.

“One Community Bank has been a partner of Thysse for many years and has been integral to helping us grow this business. I’ve also had the privilege of watching Steve Peotter lead OCB through a remarkable transformation, taking it from where it was when he arrived to where it is today. That kind of leadership is genuinely inspiring,” said Jason. “I’m honored to join the Advisory Board and look forward to contributing the perspective of a multi-generational family business working to grow alongside the communities OCB serves.”

Outside of the business, Jason and his wife Kristin enjoy spending time with their family. He is a hunter, fisherman, and Wisconsin sports fan. Jason also enjoys playing basketball, golf, and dabbling as a novice woodworker.
