One Community Bank is excited to announce Brent Swokowski’s promotion to the role of AVP – Technology Solutions Helpdesk.
“Brent’s journey at OCB is a testament to his dedication and drive,” said Mike Tallman, SVP & Director of Technology Solutions. “He has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to improving our technology services and supporting his colleagues. We’re excited to see how he continues to grow in this new leadership role.”
Brent began his career at One Community Bank as a member of the Helpdesk team. Over the years, he’s seen it grow, change, and has played a big part in shaping that progress. Now, he’s stepping into a leadership role with a strong sense of direction and purpose.
“Helping our colleagues overcome technical challenges and making their work easier, faster, and more efficient is what drives me every day,” said Brent. “Working with a team that supports innovation and embraces new ideas is incredibly rewarding. I’m especially passionate about mentoring future IT leaders and helping our apprentices and interns find their path within the world of technology.”
Brent is an active member of HDI – Helpdesk Institute. He is engaged with industry best practices, professional development, and networking opportunities that help bring new insights and improvements back to OCB.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his family. When he’s able to, he likes to golf and go on trail runs.
