Kari Zeinert promoted to Vice President – Integration and Organizational Alignment

One Community Bank is excited to announce the promotion of Kari Zeinert to Vice President – Integration and Organizational Alignment. In this position, Kari will lead operational readiness during OCB’s integration and process transformation efforts, a strategic priority as the bank continues its growth and evolution.

“We are fortunate to have Kari’s experience guiding this important work,” said Shauna Gnorski, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “I’m confident she will make a tremendous impact as One Community Bank continues to grow.”

Kari brings 34 years of institutional experience to the role. During that tenure, she has worked across every department of the bank, most recently in Human Resources, Operations, and Information Technology. That breadth of experience has provided a deep understanding of both the technical and interpersonal dimensions of the organization.

“I’m excited about the opportunities these updates will create for our colleagues and the organization as a whole.” Kari shared. “As we continue to grow and evolve, it’s important that we align our structure and resources to best serve our clients, support our colleagues and invest in our community. These changes will help strengthen collaboration across teams, enhance operational effectiveness, and position us to respond more quickly to future opportunities.”

Outside of work, Kari is an active member of the Wausau Lyric Choir, a long-standing community ensemble with which she has participated for more than 33 years, including service on the board and as Membership Coordinator. Kari and her family also operate Spring Brook Tree Farm, a choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm just outside the Wausau area, where families can walk the fields and select their trees each holiday season.
