Jonathan Schalow promoted to Senior Vice President – Client Experience
One Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Jonathan Schalow to Senior Vice President – Client Experience. In this expanded role, Jonathan will continue to be a member of OCB’s Senior Leadership team and lead our Client Contact Center, Treasury Management Support, and Client Experience Training teams. This promotion extends his leadership to now include overseeing the Retail Banking Division.

Jonathan joined One Community Bank in 2021 and has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s client experience strategy, strengthening service delivery, developing colleagues, and elevating how clients engage with OCB across every touchpoint.
“I’m truly energized by the opportunity to deliver exceptional client service across multiple channels while continuing to champion OCB’s mission of serving clients, supporting colleagues, and investing in our communities,” Jonathan shared.
Jonathan enjoys being involved in his community through supporting Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Dane County, through serving on the Bowl for Kid’s Sake committee.
He currently resides in Evansville, and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, competitive bowling, and boating.
