One Community Bank Welcomes Jennifer Dombrowski as Bank Manager
One Community Bank is excited to welcome Jennifer Dombrowski as Bank Manager to its Adams, Grand Marsh, and Oxford locations.
“We are so excited to have Jennifer join our team” said Robyn Ropson, VP – Area Banking Manager. “Her broad knowledge of banking and her passion for teaching her team are incredible assets.”
Jennifer brings over twenty years of experience, spending time in many different areas of banking. Her favorite role has been managing and training staff. She loves to teach colleagues different skills that they can pass along, making their team more efficient and self-reliant. “The most rewarding part of my job is watching people grow in their knowledge and leadership” Jennifer shared. “I love getting to be a part of a team that is so focused on being involved in their community.”
Before joining OCB, Jennifer was a volunteer firefighter and EMT for eight years in the town of Plainfield. Currently she is a part of Junior Achievement, where she can help kids discover what is possible in their lives by connecting what they learn in school to life outside of the classroom.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her family outside and traveling. She also enjoys tending to her flower and vegetable garden and baking treats like pies and cookies in the kitchen.
