One Community Bank Announces Melissa Lewis as AVP – Bank Manager of Cottage Grove Location
One Community Bank is proud to announce Melissa Lewis is joining the Cottage Grove location as the AVP Bank Manager. In this new role, Melissa will be leading the OCB – Cottage Grove retail team.

One of the things that Melissa has appreciated most about her career at One Community Bank is the company’s dedication to its mission statement. “Even as the organization grows our mission remains our focal point: to serve clients, support colleagues, and invest in our communities. I love that the team here at OCB is like family and will always go above and beyond to help each other and our clients,” said Melissa.
Melissa has worked at One Community Bank for twelve years, working in roles such as Universal Banker, Relationship Banking Officer, Director of Retail Training, and others. She has worked in multiple locations and is looking forward to joining the new Cottage Grove location.
“The most rewarding part of my job is simply helping,” said Melissa. “I truly enjoy being able to help clients with their financial goals and make sure we provide top notch service. I love helping my colleagues to learn, grow, and work collaboratively to ensure our clients have a great experience here at OCB.”
As a new team member at the Cottage Grove location, Melissa is looking forward to working with the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce and supporting events in the local community. Outside of work Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies, watching live theater, and reading.
