Alicia Van Schoyck has been promoted to Bank Manager

One Community Bank is excited to announce Alicia Van Schoyck’s promotion to the role of Bank Manager at its Waunakee location.

Alicia brought over five years of banking experience to One Community Bank, providing her with a solid foundation in customer service, compliance, and daily operations. Since joining OCB, she has embraced opportunities for growth, taking on roles that have deepened her expertise.

In her new role as Bank Manager, Alicia will support daily operations, help strengthen client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued success and growth of OCB – Waunakee. Whether she’s assisting clients, supporting her team, or giving back to the community, Alicia finds making a positive impact to be the most rewarding part of her work.
 
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family–cheering on her kids at archery events, attending her nieces’ soccer games, or relaxing on the lake with a kayaking trip. For her, it’s all about making meaningful memories.
