Dave Martin becomes an Alumnus of One Community Bank’s Advisory Board
One Community Bank is pleased to recognize Dave Martin as he concludes his 2-year term on the OCB Advisory Board. His insight, leadership, and active engagement have helped shape the board’s direction and growth throughout his tenure.

Throughout his time on the advisory board, Dave brought a fresh perspective and a strong, unwavering commitment to community banking. He valued the chance to collaborate with a diverse group of thoughtful and genuinely kind individuals from various industries, gaining new perspectives on leadership and strategy along the way.

In recognition of Dave’s contributions, One Community Bank has made a $1,000 donation to Badger Prairie Needs Network in his name. OCB is proud to celebrate his service on the advisory board by supporting an organization of his choice, furthering our shared commitment to creating lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.
Moving forward, Dave will continue to be a Partner at Ideal Builders. He is also excited to dedicate more time to volunteering at Logans Heart and Smiles by building custom furniture and accessibility routes for children with special needs. We wish you luck in all your future endeavors, Dave!
