Isaac Showaki becomes an Alumnus of One Community Bank’s Advisory Board

One Community Bank is proud to recognize Isaac Showaki as he concludes his 2-year term on the OCB Advisory Board. His insight, leadership, and active engagement have helped shape the board’s direction and impact during his tenure.

“It’s been a privilege to serve on OCB’s first advisory board,” said Isaac Showaki. “I leave it with a deeper understanding of One Community Bank and many friendships along the way.”

Throughout his time on the advisory board, Isaac brought a thoughtful, entrepreneurial perspective and a passion for community-focused banking. He valued the opportunity to contribute to an organization that prioritized collaboration, innovation, and local impact. Isaac especially appreciated OCB’s ongoing commitment to serving clients, supporting colleagues, and investing in their communities.

“Isaac has been an incredible asset to our advisory board,” said Steve Peotter, President and Chief Executive Officer. “His thoughtful leadership, business acumen, and deep commitment to community have made a lasting impact on OCB. We are grateful for his service and proud to welcome him as an alumnus.”

Jim Walker, Advisory Board Independent Chair, added, “Isaac brought fresh, entrepreneurial insight and a genuine passion for community impact to every conversation. His contributions helped push our thinking forward, and we’re truly thankful for the time and perspective he brought to the board.”

In recognition of Isaac’s contributions, One Community Bank has made a $1,000 donation to United Way of Dane County in his name. OCB is proud to celebrate his service on the advisory board by supporting an organization of his choice, furthering our shared commitment to creating lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.

Isaac departs with a renewed appreciation for the vital role community banks play–not only in financial services, but in building relationships and fostering long-term prosperity in our communities. He experienced this firsthand as he grew his business, Untitled Art, in Waunakee while working alongside OCB.

Looking ahead, Isaac will continue leading Untitled Art and is excited to dedicate more time to traveling and exploring new countries with his family.
